YOGA PRACTICE PLUS
YOGA HOME 1
The first of three simple Hatha Yoga routines that you can practice at home, each lasting approximately 30 minutes. Learn basic asanas (poses) and pranayamas (energy control) with the added guidance of special advice for musculoskeletal conditions, and how to adapt them for you or your patients. Once you have practiced this routine for a while, you can move onto the second in the series. However, this routine can then be repeated at any time.
YOGA HOME 2
This second simple Hatha Yoga home routine follows on from the first, and introduces new asanas and pranayamas to vitalise your entire body and mind. You will begin to have a greater awareness of how to control body movements into and out of poses, whilst focusing on your breath. Then, once you have practiced this routine for a while, you can progress to the third in the series. This routine can also be repeated at any time, with essential guidance as before.
YOGA HOME 3
The third Hatha Yoga routine in this series consists of different asanas and pranayamas to further deepen your connection of movement, breathing and thoughts. By now you will be able to consciously direct your movements more easily and value the time you devote to yourself through yoga. After practicing for a while, you can repeat the three routines over again, progressing steadily into more awareness of yourself. With essential guidance as before.
